Shipping & Returns
US SHIPPING ONLY.
All orders are typically shipped 1-2 business days if placed Monday-Thursday. We have a $5.00 flat shipping rate. We also have free shipping for orders over $100.00+. Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Fridays will not be shipped until Monday. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please double check your delivery address before your order is submitted.
When wanting to do a return or exchange email us at -vivaluxb@gmail.com. Original shipping will not be refundable. We do not offer return shipping labels. Exchanges for different size can be done if we still have in our inventory. Refunds will be issued within 3 days of inspection. Once order is received we will email you, your store credit. Store credit never expires! Below are our return details provided for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In new condition with tags attached
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- NO deodorant marks
- NO makeup stains
- NO perfume or smoke odors
- NO pet hair
- NO self tanner stains
- NO food or drink stains
- NO other similar stains as listed above
Shoe returns must be returned in its original box. Damage to the box will not be eligible for returns as well as any wear and tear on shoes will not be eligible for return as well.
